How it works
- Purchase your mat and give it a genuine try for at least 7 days of regular use.
- If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, email us at hello@meltrelief.com with your order number.
- We’ll process your full refund within 3–5 business days — no return required for items under $100.
What the guarantee covers
- You used the mat regularly and didn’t experience meaningful tension or sleep improvement
- The mat arrived damaged or defective
- Your order was lost in transit
What it doesn’t cover
- Change of mind returns where the mat hasn’t been used
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
- Damage caused by improper use or machine washing
Damaged or wrong item?
If your mat arrived damaged or you received the wrong color, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll ship a replacement at no cost.
