Everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order dispatches.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates are based on standard shipping. Delays caused by customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods (e.g. holidays) may extend these times.

Tracking your order

Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email at dispatch. Use the link in your shipping confirmation to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.

My tracking hasn’t updated in a while

International parcels sometimes go several days without a tracking scan, especially when in transit between countries. If your tracking hasn’t updated in more than 10 business days, contact us at hello@meltrelief.com and we’ll investigate.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please first check with neighbors and your building’s reception or parcel locker. If still missing after 3 business days, contact us. If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll reship at no cost.
